and installation. With a nominal monthly and online transaction fee,
our systems provide significant immediate returns.
Optimum systems can include an onsite web server dynamically linked
to existing hardware and software. The optimum package includes high
speed Internet connections starting at 2MEG with a dedicated Bell
line and appropriate high-speed hardware at each end, plus provisions
for messaging and email. A complete upgrade path for all hardware
ensures that equipment and services will be replaced or upgraded to
accommodate expansion initiatives.
Systems are secure and fully encrypted for each transaction; data
and hardware are never at risk or exposed to the Internet. Complete
service is provided 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In addition,
a theatre/event operation can provide outside productions and venues
with online ticket services with a web presence. Hosting generates
additional revenue and encourages increased sales.
Once in place, an e-commerce system can assist in the capture of a

program with appropriate support literature. Campaigns are designed
to build awareness and draw attention to the credit union and involve
partnerships with community merchants. A portion of each campaign
is devoted to the promotion of an electronic online presence. Partnerships
generate additional revenue, offsetting marketing and production expenditures
while offering members worthwhile information.
To coordinate with the marketing strategy, an existing or new web
site is created to serve the expanded initiatives. A simple, easy
to use web site can become a "virtual branch" of the credit
union offering instant communication across the region 24 hours a
day, seven days a week.
A credit union web site must be interactive for members with secure
online applications for membership, loans, requests for information
such as RRSPs, and account information. A site must provide
complete up to date information on services and staff and also provide
